How long will my order take to arrive?
We work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 12 hours as long as it has not been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, please email us at support@aeluxbeauty.com with your order number.
What is your return & refund policy?
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer).
